Joined a FMCG start-up, pioneering Sales. Started as a single contributor to leading a small team of 7 people.

Rewarded the whole team with a trip to Thailand, inclusive of a visit to the Red Bull brand owner / principal, TCP for delivering exceptional results.

Launched the first ever collaboration with local varsities (UKM and UTP) as platforms to promote the company behind the Red Bull brand.

Led the team to a clean sweep of all major awards including the coveted Best Non-alcoholic Beverage Supplier Award from Shell Malaysia, beating the likes of F&N and Coca-Cola.

Hosted my first ever Sales & Distributor Partners Conference. Shared outstanding performance results and strategies for the new year.
2013 @ Ferrero
Nominated to attend Ferrerita in Italy. Spent close to 2 weeks in Italy, France, Germany and Luxembourg understanding the business and best practices, inclusive of trade visits and factory visit in Alba.
2008 - 13 @ celcom
Achieved 50% CAGR with a revenue of RM950mil by 2013. Proud to have my department's achievements highlighted in the Axiata's Annual Report for 2010.
2006 @ unilever
Won division's first ever Supplier of the Year Award from GCH Retail (Giant) for outstanding growth (delivering a record 50%+ growth).
